  • 1The Origins of Rogernomics With Rogernomics now increasingly under attack, Frontline looks at alternatives being put forward by Labour Party MP Jim Anderton, and National Party Finance Spokesperson Ruth Richardson. As some economic indicators and employment figures worsen, there is increasing criticism from inside and outside the Labour Party. Some want the policy modified, others want radical changes. The Government says Rogernomics was the only way out of an economic crisis in 1984, some say it was a pre-planned plot by Roger Douglas.
