He weighs more than 190kg's. Having struggled with bullying and a feeling of isolation for years he has made the decision to have invasive stomach by-pass surgery. But as Jonathan reveals to 20/20, the surgery will prove no quick fix. His mother still insists on cooking and providing all the wrong foods and with a resistance to exercise, he will have to literally fight for his life.
