Some keeps in the same way the Italian traveller Marco Polo found them. Others maintain that special atmosphere where time stopped some centuries ago. Istanbul (Turkey), Aleppo (Syria), Isfahan (Iran), Samarkand (Uzbekistan), Peshawar (Pakistan), Puskar (India) and Kashgar (China) are some of the places covered in this documentary.
