Roy Munson could be to bowling what Michael Jordan is to basketball. There’s just one obstacle: his conniving rival Ernie McCracken, whose dirty tricks ultimately rob Roy of his ability to ever bowl again. 17 years later, as a washed up, bald, fat, broke loser, Roy’s life is looking pretty tragic. Enter Ishmael, an Amish bowler with a golden arm. Knowing this is his ticket back, Roy persuades Ishmael to take the trip with him to a million dollar tournament in Reno.
