In this episode Avowed 'Westie' Niki Hastings-McFall, best known for her bright lei artworks, has a plan to transform an ugly wall along Henderson's rail corridor into a work of art. To do this, she needs to round up schoolkids, her neighbours, and 3,800 plastic lei.
