In Episode 9 of Ever Wondered?, Dr John Watt engages with scientists involved in the fields of palaeontology and archaeology. By studying fossils (palaeontology) and human history (archaeology), these scientists are uncovering New Zealand's biological past. During August 2010, TVNZ 7 focused on science and technology, with an exciting range of local and international programmes. TVNZ partnered with the Ministry of Research, Science and Technology for the 'Spotlight on Science and Technology' month, and also with the Royal Society of New Zealand for a 10-part series about New Zealand science.
