  • 6The High Court in Christchurch has agreed to release a copy of a 111 call made by David Bain that wasn't played to the jury in his retrial. The 37-year-old was aquitted of five murder charges last week. In the call, the Crown claims David Bain mutters the words "I shot the prick". The portion of the call was not allowed to be presented to the jury after the Supreme Court overturned decisions by the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
