Mediawatch also talks to the founders of a new national news service to be based in the regions - and looks at how in-flight snacks got the media's attention this week. Their work is usually unpaid and sometimes overlooked, but activists play an important long-term role in the parliament system. Four veterans open up on their experiences at parliament.
