Peter Kuruvita finds an intriguing mix of excitement and relaxation on the island of Tanna in Vanuatu. This volcanic island is home to a steadfastly preserved traditional way of life, and its chiefs grant Peter the adrenaline-filled pleasure of cooking atop the slopes of its active volcano, Mount Yasur.
