For centuries the Namal people have lived off the land on Tanna Island. They hunt for their food including pigs, eels, and flying foxes. Without guns or other modern weapons they pursue their prey with handmade tools and an intimate knowledge of their environment. Hayden Turner, explorer and former zookeeper, joins the tribe to hunt the animals he once looked after.
Former Zoo-keeper Hayden Turner heads to various parts of the world to immerse himself in the indigenous people’s culture and way of life.
