Poi 'He Mana Tuku Iho' nā Te Waka Huia (1994)

To celebrate 50 years of Te Matatini (originally known as the 'New Zealand Polynesian Festival', then later as the 'Aotearoa Traditional Māori Performing Arts Festival') Te Matatini has created an album that holds 50 waiata from the past 50 years, split into three categories. This is a series of behind the scenes short films documenting the making of the album. The first category, Te Matatoa, represents 24 waiata selected by ngā Toa Whakaihuwaka of each of the last 24 festivals, the original audio will be remastered.
