The Māori Touch tournament is a favourite for many athletes across the motu. We follow two squads as they prepare and discover that the experience is about much more than winning. For many, it is a chance to reconnect with their Māori identity.

Look into the world of touch with some of the legends of the game. Touch is often underfunded and kept alive from volunteers – we learn the history, meet the legends and are with those who owe their success to touch.
