  • 1A massive show of strength from police overwhelmed anti-tour protesters in Auckland today and prevented them from getting to Eden Park where. the All Blacks were playing the Wallabies. However, one protester managed to get inside Television New Zealand's (TVNZ) sound control van and sabotaged the sound equipment, resulting in Radio New Zealand (RNZ) having to provide much of the commentary for television viewers throughout the test match.
