1To Whom It May/Should Concern Social activist Reverend Charles Waldegrave has coauthored a book entitled Poor New Zealand. It is an open letter to New Zealand's political leaders whom Waldegrave accuses of ignoring the reality of poverty in New Zealand. He says one million New Zealanders are living below the breadline, the highest number since the depression of the 1930s.
