1Teen Spirit Fifteen months since the legal drinking age was lowered to 18, police have arrested nearly 4000 underage drinkers for buying alchol and drinking unsupervised in public. Investigation of some disturbing new trends among teenagers and the drastic action police and local authorities are having to take to deal with the problem of teenagers and alcohol.
