The Auckland emergency department is queuing them in the corridors, putting them in donated chairs and some patients are even opting for the floor. Why is this happening? What will become of James Bulger's killers? There's speculation in Britian that John Venerables and Robert Thompson could be given a new identity to start a new life in New Zealand.
