About The Show — Tagata Pasifika (Pacific People) is TV ONE's Pacific Islands half-hour news magazine show. It's in English because it covers the six major Pacific Island communities living in Aotearoa. It's on air 52 weeks of the year and brings a variety of Pacific Programming to TV ONE. The 2002 series has included field reports from various Pacific Islands as well as from around New Zealand. Tagata Pasifika is funded by NZ on Air.
