  • 2More on the story of New Zealander James Kirkwood, the former Airforce Corporal arrested in America seven weeks ago and sent to a detention camp though never charged with any criminal activity. No embassy staff have visited him and he remains in a detention centre despite British soldiers arrested with him being deported only days later. The Government has just been told by the American Government that Kirkwood is being returned home now.
