3Last night Campbell Live spoke to a young woman from a young New Zealand living near the southern California fires. Since then President Bush has declared southern California a disaster zone. Today Campbell Live dropped in to Rose Anderson's home to see how she is coping. So far Rose and her boyfriend have not had to evacuate. They are part of the population staying put, but waiting nervously, not knowing what to do. Rose lives in La Hoya, near San Diego. The closest fires are just south of her.
