  • 2MacAuley High School is a decile one Catholic Girls' High School which has achieved extraordinary results, mostly due to the extraordinary efforts of its teachers. However, she believes all teachers are capable of high levels of performance and doesn't support singling out some teachers for performance-based pay increases or bonuses. Brendan Schollum was the principal of low decile Auckland Catholic School Boys' School, De La Salle College, which has likewise achieved extraordinary results.
