My goal for right now is to get to 300 pounds, um, and it is really important to me. It's part of my, you know, self-actualisation, and it's something I've wanted for a long, long time, you know? Will I stop there? I don't know, I have to see how I feel at each weight and see how I feel, you know, once I get there. The big dilemma for models in choosing a target weight is knowing how fat they can get without it affecting their health and mobility. 'There is a lot of confliction, 'because, I mean, as much as in a sexual fantasy' it's sitting around all day eating, I love to be out in the world, I love to talk to people and do things, and... I mean, I was an athlete in high school, and that's one thing I did sort of let go of ` sports ` because, you know, you have to make a decision. Like, it was fun to play sports, but it wasn't worth hating myself all the time, you know? Being uncomfortable in my own skin - that's the worst feeling ever. I mean, some people do say 'Oh, it's like reverse anorexia.' But the thing is, there's a really negative association with anorexia. Anorexia is sort of an eating disorder based off of an insecurity, an internal problem. This is a sexuality. I mean, the best comparison is comparing myself to, like, a transgender person. It's like telling that person, you know, 'No, you have to stay what you are, and you can't change.' They're gonna be unhappy ` severe psychological damage, you know? Telling me, 'No, you need to stay thin. You need to be thinner,' is taking away my perception of myself, you know? Hi, guys, I'm back. Had a little malfunction there. 44-stone Patty has developed her niche as being one of the largest models online. She's shared her weight increase with her fans for the last 12 years. Patty grew up in a close-knit, Hispanic family. She wasn't overweight as a child or through her teenage years, and only began to get bigger after the collapse of her first marriage. It still increased, because I ended up getting with partners that were into big women, and they wanted me to be bigger. And I'm very much a man pleaser when it comes to a partner. I want to make him happy, just like he makes me happy. Patty's years of weight gain have left her largely confined to her bed and dependent upon her son, Richard. Ready, one, two, three... 'Without my son here, I would have a lot of difficulties, day to day, 'because I do need help and daily care. When you're this size, it's hard to explain, but my equilibrium is off, because I'm so large that when I walk, I feel like I'm gonna fall forward. Um, even shaving under my armpits - you know, this is so big, this roll, that, literally, someone has to hold up the fat so I can get really deep into the armpit. I know it's my career and obviously I'll be encouraged to gain weight, but I'm not going to do anything I don't want to do, and at the moment I'm happy with how I am.
