She can not be prosecuted here because New Zealand lawmakers made a blunder - they left out three crucial words when they were drafting the people-smuggling legislation, leaving a gaping hole in the law. As a result she walked free from court, back into the arms of her adoring Kiwi partner. Interview with the couple followed by a live studio interview with the Immigration Minister.
