BLUES MUSIC So, it's a little bit nasty and cold outside, so I wanna find a beer that really works well with sort of hearty, meaty dishes. So I wanna make some pies out of this delicious beef stew, and I want a beer that really accentuates these flavours. And what I can tell you is that Speight's 5 Malt Old Dark is a great way to savour these rich, meaty dishes. So, the real magic in Old Dark is the five different types of malted barley, and that gives it the` sort of, the colour, the richness and that sort of malty and chocolate flavour. There's even a hint of coffee in there. Perfect. What I've done here is I've added some bitter chocolate to the pie, which will bring out the richness even more. Dark beers just love rich food. You know, think cheeseboards, think desserts and, of course, these magnificent pies. Man, they look good. How good is that Old Dark with the pie? Amazing. Amazing. It's a beautiful match. Amazing.
