WE WENT FROM PRODUCING NOTHING FOUR-AND-A-HALF YEARS AGO TO NOW PRODUCING 1.8 MILLION LITRES A YEAR. THIS ONE IS THE BIGGEST ONE THAT YOU'LL GET IN THE WINE INDUSTRY AT THE MOMENT. IT ESSENTIALLY DISTILS THE WINE, SEPARATING THE DIFFERENT ELEMENTS. YOU PUT THE WINE IN AT THE TOP.
